An early check-in at 2PM costs $25, or at 12PM costs $50, subject to approval. A late check-out at 12PM costs $25, subject to approval. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned or missing parking pass. The garage has an 8'2" clearance. Guests park in the shared downtown garage at their own risk, and the host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; contact the host directly for questions or concerns and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and approved by the host. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
