Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host.
