Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
