Self-service garage parking options are available in several parking garages by the building, costing approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
