The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
