Outdoor music is not permitted after 9PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are allowed except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. No smoking is allowed inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations.
