Watch your favorite show in the Media Loft upstairs, complete with a wet bar, beverage fridge, and complimentary Nespresso and Keurig coffee. Just steps from the front door, explore the scenic hiking trails of the National Park, stroll out to the sugar-sand beach, and enjoy a variety of local restaurants, shopping, and activities. We can accommodate up to 10 guests, with additional guest fees applying over 6 guests. We are dog-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with additional fees. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. A two-night minimum stay is required, with a three-night minimum for observed holidays. The licensee must be at least 30 years of age. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups are allowed. No bachelor or similar groups are permitted. A signed vacation rental agreement is required for rental. An additional guest fee of $25 per person per night applies over 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 10 individuals, not including children less than two years of age. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family-oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. A total of three cars are allowed in the designated parking spots at any time, including visitors. Overflow parking is 2 miles away. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices will result in a $350 fine.
