The neighbors on this street are all friendly and nice. It is a mixture of long term residents and families. The neighborhood is quiet during off hours and slightly busy during rush hour/ school ending. Lots of amenities close by and just 2 min from downtown Fort Wayne! River Greenway is just 2 blocks away, so is the Laundromat, Zesto's Ice Cream, and several high end establishments like The Chateau on Broadway, The Clyde theater, Electric Works, etc. We maintain a high level of security and maintenance. Cameras are on the outside of the property, accessible by tenants and owners any time. All maintenance requests are carried out ASAP usually within 24 hrs or less, as the owner is in the neighborhood working frequently and is available the same day most of the time. No smoking allowed inside, as the units all have connected hardwired smoke detectors. Rent is $1100 a month furnished or $1000 a month empty.
