Western Hills and West Colonial are in the same neighborhood just off Harmony Way. Western Hills offers 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. Included in your rent is trash. Western Hills residents all get High Speed dedicated internet connections in each unit for $38 per month. We offer 12-month leases starting at $620.00 per month. There is a $50.00 application fee, and a $100.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit and rental background check) You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense. We allow de-clawed and neutered cats, for an additional $200 non-refundable deposit and an additional $30.00 per month per cat. Western Hills also has a tenant garden for our tenants to share. West Colonial offers 1 Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments and 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartments. One Bedrooms start at $610.00 and 2 Bedrooms start at $775.00. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. West Colonial does not allow any pets. Western Hills also offers FURNISHED SHORT TERM UNITS as well that includes all utilities, furniture, bedding, etc! Feel free to call us to set up your personal tour. We do background checks including CRIMINAL, EVICTION, BANKRUPTCY & CREDIT. If you have problematic CRIMINAL, EVICTION, BANKRUPTCY OR CREDIT, you likely will not qualify. If you are a student you will possibly need a co-signer.
