We currently allow two small dogs per booking. * TWO IN-DOOR FIREPLACES * The living room fireplace is an electric fireplace. Please do not burn any wood inside the family room fireplace for safety reasons. * NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. * RING DOORBELL / FLOODLIGHT* Please note there is: (i) an exterior ring doorbell camera, and (ii) an exterior ring floodlight, capable of recording. For security purposes, please always close the front storm/screen door.
