Weekly lawn mowing is also INCLUDED with this rental home! *All applicants 18 and over must complete an application with credit and background check included. *Total gross monthly household income must be at least 3x monthly rent amount. *Security deposit is typically one month rent but is dependent on overall application score. *Minimum combined average credit score of 600 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details and will require a monthly credit risk mitigation fee (see application instructions for details). *Dogs may be permitted with an additional deposit & monthly pet fee. Pet deposits and pet fee amounts are determined by overall pet profile score. Please refer to application instructions for details. * NO CATS! *This is a non-smoking unit. *A mandatory additional $29/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, keyless unit access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits. *A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in. *Resident pays electric, gas, internet *A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy. *All application fees are non-refundable once submitted. *There is no charge for credit screening reports run by our office.
