Location is quiet with low traffic and it is located not far from stores and downtown Woodstock. The available apartment is two stories with lower level offering a deck which leads to a kitchen. There is one bedroom and a living room on the first floor with a half bath that contains a washer/dryer. The second floor has a full size bathroom and two bedrooms. The unit comes with a single parking spot in the garage and one parking spot available in front of the garage. 12 month lease is required and each adult (18+) must complete a rental application and provide a valid Drivers License or state issued ID. A credit and criminal background check and income verification may be required. First and last month's rent plus a security deposit and renters insurance is required prior to moving in. There is smoking or vaping permitted in any building. Tenants shall pay for all utilities. Tenants shall provide personal snow removal on any decks/patios/porches which are connected to the unit, this does not include driveway or major sidewalk.
