These historic Springfield buildings were built in 1920 and remodeled in 2017 and 2018. All apartments were completely gutted and updated with new LVP flooring, white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, new windows, and new doors. The building is quiet and ideal for professionals and students. Each apartment features tall ceilings, a spacious bedroom, and a sunroom, providing plenty of natural light and additional living space.
