For your convenience, you can submit rent payments and maintenance requests through our easy-to-use Resident Center, which is accessible online; mobile apps are available for iOS (Apple) and Android devices. The building also features a phone-based intercom system, allowing you to easily manage guest and delivery access from the comfort of your home.
Here's a quick look at our requirements and fees. There's a $50 application fee per applicant, and every adult (18+ years old) must submit an application. The move fee is $550 (per move, not per person). If you have a furry friend, the pet fee is $600 (per pet, per year), and we use PetScreening (additional fee may apply) to help ensure all animals are up-to-date on vaccinations and are a good fit for the building. Every adult tenant must have renters insurance. To qualify, we require each applicant to have a credit score of at least 650 and each household to have a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent.
