The apartment is finished with hardwood flooring and has been recently painted. Standard appliances are installed and provided for tenant use. Laundry facilities are shared within the building, and the unit includes one assigned parking space. Utilities: The Owner shall be in charge for providing and paying for water service to the Premises. The Tenant shall be in charge for all charges associated with electricity and any other utilities or services not expressly provided by the Owner. Pets: No pets of any kind shall be permitted on the Premises at any time. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of this Lease. Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, or similar products, is strictly prohibited inside the Premises and in any enclosed or common areas of the property.
