It's a duplex, which means it has two separate 3 bedroom apartments, but we usually rent this house as one 6 bedroom house as it has an interior staircase connecting the units. This upper duplex has hardwood flooring, a nice kitchen with historic cabinets and off kitchen sunroom that connects to the rear porch and three nice sized bedrooms with ceiling fans. The bathroom is nice as well. The house comes with window AC units and has a new efficient furnace. The house has a large back porch and good sized yard.
