The Summertree Waitlists are closed for both the 2- and 3-bedroom units. We do not have 1-bedroom units at this property. Due to a significant drop in move outs the waitlists will not be re-opening this year (2026). We currently have over 50 applicants on each list and fill our available units through the waitlists.
