About Summertree Rental Residences

The Summertree Waitlists are closed for both the 2 and 3 bedroom units. We do not have 1 bedroom units at this property. The lists will re-open in the spring or early summer of 2026. We currently have over 50 applicants on each list and fill our available units through the waitlists. If you completed a waitlist packet you will be contacted by Management as soon as you are at the top of the waitlist to start the application process.
