This property is close to everything! Train station, Lions Park, Mt. Prospect Golf Club, downtown, restaurants, etc. When we purchased this property almost 8 years ago, we lived in the upstairs unit while we completely renovated the downstairs unit. Then we moved downstairs and completely renovated the upstairs unit before renting it out. We had one amazing resident with us for 6 years. He was going to stay for only 2 years initially, but loved it so much, he ended up staying for an additional 4 years! We have a lovely 3 seasons room that we share and enjoy. Private, off street parking pad. Amazing community This is our home and we aren't your typical landlords. And I think that shows in how we care for our unit, our residents, and life in general.
