Tenant provides lawn care, snow removal, routine cleanliness, monthly furnace filter replacement, and damage caused by tenant, occupants, guests, or approved pets. No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted inside the home. No subletting, unauthorized occupants, business use, exterior storage, or property alterations are allowed without prior written approval. Vehicles must be operational, properly registered, and legally parked. Lease terms, deposits, rent amount, pet approval, and move-in requirements are subject to final written lease approval and execution by all parties.
