Born and raised in the Chicagoland area Chris’ passion for Real Estate began young because his mother was an active Mortgage Broker and interior designer. After graduating from Downers Grove North Chris attended College of DuPage, University of Iowa and North Central College in Naperville. While in college Chris had worked for S&A Corporation as an international trainer travelling across the states and Asia teaching, training, and coaching employees of the company. These experiences helped Chris with his activity-based training that provides structure and focus to a business plan for new and experienced agents.
Chris and his wife Caroline have invested in properties since 1998; together they have remodeled and flipped homes, been property owners, and built custom homes. These experiences provide the knowledge Chris now shares with his clients. In 2006 after collaborating with buyers and sellers for years Chris learned the advantages of EXIT Realty International and the benefits it would offer not just to him but his clients and family as well. Chris teamed up with business partner Tom Sailer and joined the Naperville EXIT office for a brief period to learn the company’s systems. In 2007 Tom and Chris opened EXIT Real Estate Partners in Downers Grove to assist buyers and sellers, coach, and train agents, and to become a part of the fastest growing Real Estate Corporation in the United States.
In 2008 Chris’ passion to assist others had led him to working within multiple Chambers of Commerce where he donates his time and ideas on various committees/ boards growing his local communities. Chris and his leadership were recognized by the Illinois Jaycees as one of the eight outstanding young people for the year of 2008. Combining all of Chris’ greatest attributes with his relentless work ethic and commitment to quality customer service is what makes him a successful Realtor.
