The building is located within two hundred yards from the lake and thirty yards from Sheridan Road. There are two parks (Loyola and Leone) located across the street off of Sheridan Road. The bus stops are both seconds away from the building. Two CTA train stations are walkable or take the Sheridan bus (147) to the Loyola Station if you don't want to walk. Minutes from Lake Shore Drive and Evanston. Very close to Loyola (10 minutes) and Northwestern University 20 minutes. The building is a courtyard walk up. The courtyard itself has a tremendous garden, native Illinois flowers and a dedicated rose garden. All the lobbies and stair ways are recently and extensively renovated. There is a building engineer on-site. The apartments have been extensively renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms.
