This fully-furnished 2 bed+office has all original woodwork with a bay window, leaded glass, oak and tile fireplace, pocket doors, 10 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and a shared yard. Sun through every window! The second bedroom is set up as a nursery, but I can change it to a full bedroom easily. The bright, cheerful kitchen has plenty of storage, with a dishwasher, microwave, and an island with counter seating. Step out onto your private back balcony for a morning coffee or al fresco dinners!The street is tree-lined and quiet in a safe neighborhood. The neighborhood is just south of Wicker Park and is inhabited mostly by 30-somethings, with cute shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is a couple blocks to the Chicago and Damen buses A 20 minute walk brings you to the Blue Line L for a 10 minute ride to downtown.
