Free street parking is occasionally available along Damen Ave, which conveniently runs adjacent to the building. Additional street parking is often available on Iowa St but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. The city sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles, and adding a zone number costs $25/year. This apartment is in walking distance to trendy cafes, bars, and retail shops on Division Street, Chicago Ave, and Milwaukee Ave. All within walking distance are coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi and Thai, grocery and convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars and restaurants. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and will incur a $150 fine, with additional fees for remediation potentially applying. Quiet time is after 10pm.
