The full kitchen is impeccably equipped with top brands and modern appliances, including stainless steel, and features a Nespresso coffee machine. For your comfort, we provide earplugs and an eye mask for a restful sleep. A Pack & Play is available upon request. Parking is available for $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Building amenities include an outdoor pool deck with a heated lap pool with fountains and hot tub, an outdoor kitchen furnished with Viking Grills, ice makers, and refrigerators, cardio and strength training rooms with towel service, a rooftop sky club with terrace featuring a catering kitchen, poker table, flat screen TVs, and billiards table, and an Internet Café with complimentary coffee service. The availability of some of these amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. The Magnificent Mile, located in downtown Chicago along Michigan Avenue from the Chicago River to Oak Street, is a renowned neighborhood celebrated for its upscale shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Boasting a mix of historic and modern architecture, the area is home to luxury boutiques, flagship stores, and iconic landmarks such as the Water Tower and the John Hancock Center. With its dynamic atmosphere and central location, the Magnificent Mile is a quintessential destination for both locals and visitors alike. Nearby attractions include the Museum of Contemporary Art, Riverwalk, Millennium Park, Washington Square Park, Mag Mile, and Navy Pier, all within walking distance. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, please notify the host prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the guests.
