For your convenience, a Pack & Play is available upon request, and we provide earplugs and an eye mask for a restful sleep. Parking is available for $50 per night. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and result in additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Failure to comply will incur the full charge of the deposit. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will result in a fee of $150 each to replace. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located. Guests are requested to remove their shoes upon entering the premises.
