This top-floor home features a king bedroom with a TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and its en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and a standard closet. A half-bath with a sink and toilet is located off the hallway. The living area boasts natural light, a Sonos sound system, and a smart TV. The full kitchen is impeccably equipped with top brands and modern appliances, including stainless steel, and features a Nespresso coffee machine. For your convenience, in-unit laundry is available. To ensure a restful sleep, earplugs and an eye mask are thoughtfully included. Additionally, a Pack & Play is available upon request, and two rollaway beds are provided in the unit to accommodate your needs. Parking is available for $50 per night. Spots are limited, so inquire when booking to check availability. The building offers exceptional amenities, including an outdoor pool deck with a heated lap pool with fountains and a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen furnished with Viking Grills, ice makers, and refrigerators, cardio and strength training rooms with towel service, a rooftop sky club with a terrace featuring a catering kitchen, poker table, flat screen TVs, and billiards table, and an Internet Café with complimentary coffee service. A full-service concierge is on staff 24 hours. Some amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. The Magnificent Mile, located in downtown Chicago along Michigan Avenue from the Chicago River to Oak Street, is a renowned neighborhood celebrated for its upscale shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Boasting a mix of historic and modern architecture, the area is home to luxury boutiques, flagship stores, and iconic landmarks such as the Water Tower and the John Hancock Center. With its dynamic atmosphere and central location, the Magnificent Mile is a quintessential destination for both locals and visitors alike. Nearby attractions include the Museum of Contemporary Art, Riverwalk, Millennium Park, Washington Square Park, and Navy Pier, all within walking distance. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, please notify the host prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the Guests. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, transient visitors are allowed under the condition to comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises at 10 pm. If the visitor stays further than 10 pm it will be charged as extra guest. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will result in an immediate fee of $150 each to replace.
