Corner unit, the place is surprisingly roomy for a studio with lots of charm and original archways. Located 2 blocks from the lake, two blocks from the Thorndale red line stop, and two blocks from Broadway where you'll find a Whole Foods, Walgreens, LA Fitness, and various restaurants and other shops. Street parking is free and fairly easy to find during the day. Very close to Lakeshore Drive and Loyola University as well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, very residential. Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet, everything else is included. Flexible move-in date, available now. The owner and management company are very nice and responsive. Some of the best I've ever dealt with. I really love this apartment and I enjoyed my time living here, I only moved because I wanted to have roommates again.
