It's also walkable to Loyola campus, the library, two Red line L stops, several bus stops, and grocery stores (Whole Foods, Aldi, Mariano's, Jewel-Osco). The building and neighborhood are both generally pretty quiet, family-friendly, and clean. It's spacious and easy to configure. Lots of storage (4 closets!), beige walls, laminate flooring, and AC unit. Laundry is available in the basement and maintenance is on-site and is very responsive. $925/month, heat and water are included in the rent, you pay for electric and internet. RCN has fiber capabilities in the building and has been very reliable (but other internet provider options are available).
