Please read this important information before applying: This apartment lease will include a one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult (“adult” meaning “a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. Application Processing Fee per cosigner: $50.00 Per-Cosigner, one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee: $100.00 Total amount per cosigner: $150.00* *Cosigner pays a $200.00 Application Fee; the extra $50.00 from the application fee beyond the cosigner’s cost will be applied in the form of a credit onto the apartment account. Other possible costs: Pet Fee: $150.00 per pet, per lease term (maximum three pets, no dogs) Each Seminary Properties apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. This limit is a 1-person to-1 bedroom ratio which applies to all apartments except for studio and one-bedroom apartments, which have a limit of 2 legal adults. The occupancy limit does not apply toward minors living with their parent(s) or guardians but does apply toward minors who are living on their own.
