Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. Check-out on time is required, and late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, and evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge.
