Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Some ambient noise is part of city living. Violations of any house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property. Respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items. Guest verification may be required, including signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching your ID. Additional screening may occur after booking, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined.
