There is an abundance of crown molding, chair rail, baseboards, and decorative wall molding. 2024 updates include 4 ductless wall-mounted mini split air conditioners installed in the unit (both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen). 2022 updates included restored original maple and oak hardwood flooring with a satin finish, a new kitchen including appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, range/stove, microwave), Silestone countertops, soft-close cabinetry, configurable recessed light fixtures (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K &5000K), a new bathroom including flooring, tilework, paint, plumbing fixtures, a vintage-inspired Kohler pedestal sink and a Kohler toilet. The kitchen has been reconfigured such that the refrigerator is smaller but you have more cabinet space and prep areas. Most of the unit was neutrally painted in October of 2022. The ceilings are approximately 9' tall throughout the unit except for the enclosed porch, which has a lower ceiling. There is a private storage shed located in the basement that measures approximately 10' wide x 9' deep x 7' tall. The basement is where you'll also find the common clothes washer and dryer as well as the common slop sink. The washer and dryer are not coin operated though it has some minor usage restrictions (to be finalized before lease signing). The tenant pays for gas (cooking & circulating hot water/radiator heating), electric, cable, and internet (Comcast is available at the very least and other companies may also be available in this area). There are two small window air conditioners provided with the rental of this unit. Parking is not included, though street parking is plentiful. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with partial organization and its own window. There is a supplemental enclosed porch area attached to the unit (unheated though you can use an electric space heater for 4-season use).
