Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the guests. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property. Transient visitors are allowed under the condition to comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises at 10 PM. If the visitor stays further than 10 PM, it will be charged as an extra guest.
