It's also a walk to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. A few local highlights include Wrigley Field & Wrigleyville, the Southport Corridor, the Music Box Theater, and the Metro Theatre. Boystown is a 13-minute walk or 5 minutes via public transit, and the Lakefront Trail & Belmont Harbor is 8 minutes via public transit or driving. The Lincoln Park Zoo is 20 minutes via public transit or a 12-minute drive, and downtown is 20 minutes via public transit or a 16-minute drive. The Southport 'L' train stop (Brown line) is an 8-minute walk, and the Addison 'L' train stop (Red/Brown lines) is a 7-minute walk. You may also occasionally hear some noise from neighbors or passersby. There is no smoking of any kind in the apartment, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay.
