Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Some ambient noise is part of city living. Violations of any house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items. You may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID. We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
