Available on 01/08/2024 and this spacious one bed one bathroom condo has a gorgeous south-facing view of the Magnificent Mile skyline, and is in a chic, safe and friendly mid-rise with only five units per floor. Located on a tree-lined quiet residential block, the building is also less than two blocks from bubbly Oak Street Beach or famous Rush & Division restaurant & entertainment district, and with many grocery stores and public transportation options nearby. When living here, you can find convenience, accessibility, and value, all within reach. The unit has been renovated recently with stainless kitchen appliances (not those shown in the photos) and is spotless clean. High-speed RCN internet and TV cable is provided without additional costs. The only utility bill you will pay is the electric bill for heating, cooling, cooking, etc. Dog owners will be assessed an annual fee ($100) and dog weight limit is 35 pounds. The one time move in fee that home association collects is $150 and one month rent amount security deposit is collected upon signing the lease for other deposits such as common area key deposits ($75 each), move-in and out security deposit, incidents or damages caused by renters, move-out fee, etc. The return of the security deposit (with interests) will be determined after move-out.
