The full kitchen is impeccably equipped with top brands. For added flexibility, a Pack & Play is available upon request, and a rollaway bed is in the unit for an extra guest. The building also offers exceptional amenities, including a sundeck, BBQ and picnic area, conference room, basketball court, game room, movie theater, outdoor pool, rooftop lounge, media room, 24/7 fitness center, bocce ball court, and poker lounge. The availability of some of these amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of USD$500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay. A laptop computer is not included.
