Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, with a warning issued for the first offense and reservation cancellation without a refund for the second offense.
