With 2 full bathrooms, it's ideal for groups traveling together. You'll have full access to the apartment and shared access to the basement laundry room. Early check-ins and late check-outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, consider booking an extra day. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering, or other group event are prohibited and your reservation may be canceled. Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but be sure to read all posted signs before parking to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city. Violations of any house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items.
