Essentials such as toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens, and even coffee and tea are provided to make you feel at home. The property includes two fully equipped kitchens and multiple living and dining areas, ensuring ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Each kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll have full access to the home and basement laundry room. Street parking may be available, but it is not guaranteed. To secure a spot, use parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz. The property is situated in a vibrant city area, so some ambient noise is part of city living. Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of the reservation without refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and failure to respect these hours may result in termination of the reservation without refund and additional fines. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with a $500 remediation charge for violations. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Guest verification may require signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching the ID. Additional screening is conducted after booking, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined. There is a third condo in the basement that is a long-term rental unit.
