222 W Willow is a beautiful property in the heart of Old Town, and about 2 blocks from Lincoln Park. Unit 2R is on the second floor, and has a huge private wood deck off the rear! Note: Entire apartment is being painted. All new stainless steel appliances have been ordered (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher)! This is a junior 1 bedroom apartment, with huge rear deck. The room sizes are: Main / Bedroom: 11 x 12.5 feet Office: 7 x 9 feet Kitchen: 8 x 10.5 feet Bathroom: 6 x 7 feet Closet: 3 x 6 feet. Deck: 12 x 14 feet! The bathroom has recently been updated. The kitchen is older but clean, and has full sized appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The unit comes with a window AC unit. You pay gas (for heat, hot water, and stove) and electric.
