The second bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the third bedroom has a closet. Both the second and third bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. The open living area, with tall ceilings and natural light, boasts a Sonos sound system and smart TV. The full kitchen is impeccably equipped with top brands and modern appliances, and offers high-quality coffee and tea. A Pack & Play is available upon request. The building also offers exceptional amenities including an indoor-outdoor pool with skyline sundeck, sky lounge with billiards rooms, lobby lounge with 24-hour doorman, eco terrace, north terrace, conference rooms and business center, library, gym and fitness center, two-story social room featuring a community kitchen, lounge seating, fire pits, ping pong, and a game console, outdoor dining terrace, and media room. Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. For the safety of all guests, a $2500 security deposit is handled via credit card and a simple background check is required, including valid ID from all adults. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and for reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, please notify the host prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the guests.
