Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed, and it's advised to read all posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. Ambient noise is part of city living. Violations of any house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines. Check-out on time is required, and late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with evidence of smoking resulting in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. The property is not responsible for lost items, and any left behind will be attempted to be located and shipped at your expense. Guest verification may require signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching your ID. Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them. Additional screening after booking is conducted, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined. By completing your reservation, you agree to all policies and rules stated.
