Parking isn't included and the streets around are either permitted (local residents only) or metered. For the easiest parking, it is highly recommended using a service to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive. Excellent dining options are nearby, as well as the Sedgwick Brown Line 'L' station. Public transit directions from this apartment to any point in the city are available via web search. This apartment is a short walk from the Sedgwick brown line “L” train station. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately cancelled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date and check-out is at 11 a.m. on your check-out date. A $35 admin fee is charged to return lost items because of the time, effort, and coordination between multiple team members the process takes.
