Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date, and check-out is at 11 a.m. There is an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately canceled if there is any smoking reported. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. A $35 admin fee is charged to return lost items because of the time, effort, and coordination between multiple team members the process takes, and shipping costs are an additional charge should they need to be shipped to you.
