Guests will have access to the entire condo including an in-unit washer/dryer and one parking spot in the back of the building. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property or on the balcony. The house is not pet-friendly. Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
