This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has lots of natural light with oversized windows and open concept living room and kitchen area. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and in unit laundry. There is a large rooftop deck area in the rear of the building with a propane grill available as seasons permit. Monthly rent includes utilities and high speed internet. Dogs are welcome with no breed restrictions. Currently, the 2nd bedroom is set up as an office with an adjustable standing/sitting desk (electric). The second bedroom can be configured as either an office or a bedroom with a Twin XL bed. Please allow at least 3 days to switch the configuration if necessary as the other furniture may be in storage. The second bathroom is just down the hallway from the second bathroom. This space would work for 2 adults plus a dog of any breed. Additional occupants may be considered with an additional occupancy fee. Sorry, no cats! Important to Note: this building backs up to the blue line train so there will be train noise. We live downstairs and got used to the noise right away but want to give a heads up!
