Dogs must be people friendly) -2 bedrooms (both can accommodate queen size beds) -1 very large storage room -Outdoor space out front -Central Air and Central Heat (tenant pays utilities) -Washer + Dryer in unit (not pictured; laundry room still under construction -Stainless steel kitchen appliances -Walk-in shower (no bathtub) -NO parking (only street parking which is typically available) -NO dishwasher -NO smoking allowed within the unit APPLICATION PROCESS: -All parties who will be occupying the unit MUST be present for viewing to be eligible to fill out an application -If you have dogs, please do bring them to the showing as well so that we can ensure they are friendly (we accept all breeds and sizes but they need to be friendly) -All parties over 18yrs who will be occupying the unit MUST fill out application form each ($55 per person to be paid by applicant directly to 3rd party. This fee is non-refundable even if application gets denied) -Application process includes employment verification and check-in with current/past land lord(s) -Gross income requirement must be approx. 3-times the rent amount (this can be combined income for all applicants) -Applicant(s) must be with present employer for at least six (6) months -We accept any credit score. We evaluate the application as a whole -Renter’s insurance is required (Land lord must be listed as ‘Additional Interest’ on policy) -If application is accepted, payment of the non-refundable move-in fee (and non-refundable pet fee, if applicable) as well as proof of renter’s insurance is required in order to secure the unit.
