They have co-working space with gorgeous views overlooking Chicago, a bar with food and drinks all day, and a top-notch dining experience at The Craftsman restaurant. Situated near the intersection of Milwaukee/Damen/North, the location couldn't possibly be better. Countless trendy dining options, bars, shops, and more are just steps away, as well as the Damen Blue Line 'L' station, which links you directly to O'Hare in approximately 32 minutes. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay.
