There is central heat but no central air conditioning. There is a window AC unit in the kitchen installed from May through September. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately cancelled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
